<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system in which both of an environmental measure and drastic reduction of printing costs are attained, for example, a petroleum solvent is recovered without being burned and discharged to the atmosphere to reduce the amount of CO<SB>2</SB>to be discharged to the atmosphere, the reheating in an apparatus for treating exhaust gas is not required to reduce the amount of gas, the electric energy and the amount of CO<SB>2</SB>to be discharged, the recycled solvent is reused to reduce the amount of the exhaustible resource to be used and the costs when an expensive platinum catalyst is regenerated and exchanged are reduced to reduce printing costs, and to provide environmentally-responsible rotary offset printing ink. <P>SOLUTION: The solvent recovery/reuse type rotary offset printing system is characterized in that the petroleum solvent in the ink is vaporized/dried by a hot wind of fixed temperature and the vaporized exhaust gas is cooled/liquefied to recover the liquefied solvent. The recycled solvent-reused offset ink contains≤45 wt.% recovered solvent obtained by cooling/liquefying the vaporized exhaust gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
