<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure suitable for sandwiching a speaker between a vehicle-body-side installation member and a grille and holding it with a pressure in an installation structure for installing an in-vehicle speaker. <P>SOLUTION: Short ribs 23 and 24 are provided on the grille 4. First and second end faces M1 and M2 corresponding to the short ribs 23 and 24 are provided on the speaker 1.
