<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture sealing agent which is easily injected into a tire and has excellent puncture sealing properties. <P>SOLUTION: The puncture sealing agent contains a latex and an adhesive having an average primary particle diameter of 0.10-1.00μm. The amount ratio of the solid content of the latex to the adhesive is preferably 4:1 to 3:1 on the basis of mass.
