<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device including a cutting tool provided with a function to remove turning chips adhered to a cutting blade. <P>SOLUTION: This processing device includes a chuck table provided with a holding surface for holding a workpiece, a turning means provided with the cutting tool to turn the workpiece held by the chuck table, a processing feed mechanism for relatively moving the chuck table and the turning means in a processing feed direction, a cutting feed mechanism for moving the turning means in a direction perpendicular to the holding surface, a cutting tool mounting member mounted with the turning means on a rotating spindle and a lower end of the rotating spindle, the cutting tool mounted on the cutting tool mounting member at a position deviated from a rotary axial center.
