PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent output delay of detection results, even when using a plurality of frequency modulations having each different frequency changing rate. SOLUTION: An FM-CW radar device using two kinds of frequency modulations having each different frequency changing rate has a distance/speed detection means for performing detection processing for detecting a relative distance or relative speed of a target object based on a beat signal having the same frequency changing rate as that of a transmitted signal, and detection processing for detecting a relative distance or relative speed by using each beat signal having each different frequency changing rate; and a distance/speed determination means for adding an evaluation point to the relative distance or the relative speed detected by the detection processing, and determining a relative distance or relative speed whose evaluation point reaches a reference point. Hereby, more data can be acquired in one detection cycle to thereby acquire the same effect as the case of executing a plurality of detection cycles.
