PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive terminal unit including a battery terminal capable of being applied to various kinds of batteries. SOLUTION: The battery terminal unit U is provided with a battery terminal 20 having a post fitting part 21 to be connected to a battery post 12 provided erectingly on a battery 10 and a bolt holding part 22 which is integrally provided with the post fitting part 21 and houses a head part of the stud bolt 24 and holds the stud bolt 24 in an upright state, and a rotation regulating member 40 made of synthetic resin fixed on the battery terminal 20. The rotation regulating member 40 is provided with a body 41 capable of regulating a fixation angle of the battery terminal 20 to the battery post 12 by making the battery post 12 contact with the battery 10 in a state that it is connected with the battery post 12 and a press-fit part provided integrally with the body 41 and press-inserted into an opening formed on a side face of the bolt holding part 22 so as to put the rotation regulating member 40 into a fixed condition with the battery terminal 20.
