PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device which can ensure the conduction between a steering column and a vehicle body, and easily assemble. SOLUTION: The steering device 1 includes a fixed bracket 37 which is fixed to a vehicle body 39 and includes a pair of first side plates 44, 45, a receiving part 80 and a pair of second side plates 54, 55 provided on a steering column 26, a conductive cylindrical shaft 65 which is held between the pair of first side plates 44, 45 and inserted in the pair of second side plates 54, 55, and a plate-like conductive member 51 interposed between the receiving part 80 and an outer circumferential surface 71 of the cylindrical shaft 65. The conductive member 51 includes a first curved spring 83, and a U-shaped second curved spring 88 which elastically holds the cylindrical shaft 65. Since the first curved spring 83 is interposed between the second curved spring 88 and the receiving part 80, a first contact part 81 of the second curved spring 88 is elastically pressed against the outer circumferential surface 71 of the cylindrical shaft 65, and a second contact part 82 provided on the first curved spring 83 is elastically pressed against the receiving part 80.
