PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tube jamming removal device that quickly and easily removes a pneumatic carrier jammed in the pneumatic tube. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tube jamming removal device includes a pneumatic tube 8 and an insertion body, the insertion body comprising a flexible cable 21; a cylindrical outer-package member 22 inserted into a pneumatic tube 8 with the cable 21 inserted therein, the outer-package member being divided into plurality along the length of the cable 21; and a support member 23 whose outer diameter is larger than that of the outer package-member 22, the support member being inserted into the pneumatic tube 8 by being interposed within the outer-package member 22 while including the cable 21 inserted in its center, the support member whose outer peripheral surface coming into contact partially with the inner peripheral surface of the pneumatic tube 8 in the state that the cable 21 and the outer-package member 22 are located in the center of the pneumatic tube: wherein an insertion body 2 includes an image shooting means 24 for photographing the distal end side of the cable 21, a lighting means 25 for lighting the distal end of the cable 21, and an elimination means 26 for eliminating a jammed pneumatic carrier on the distal end of the insertion body 2.
