PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker which controls heat dissipation from the transparent window of a grill door and improves the thermal efficiency of a grill heating chamber. SOLUTION: A cooker 100 forms the metallic heat reflecting film of titanium oxide on the surface of a glass window 120 of a grill door 40 which closes the front opening of a grill heating chamber 20 so that it can open and close freely, and provides an infrared irradiation film which promotes the infrared radiation of wavelength range which works on cooking by increasing temperature which accompanies heating by an electric heater on the inner wall surface of the grill heating chamber 20.
