PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedback type oscillation circuit that can easily correct an oscillation frequency changing in accordance with variation of power supply voltage. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes a feedback loop circuit for receiving a power supply voltage impressed to a power supply voltage terminal VDD and outputting an oscillation frequency signal. The oscillation circuit is also provided with a correcting circuit 100 connected respectively to the power supply voltage terminal VDD and the feedback loop circuit to correct a time constant in the feedback loop circuit in accordance with the power supply voltage impressed to the power supply voltage terminal VDD. Owing to this structure, the oscillation frequency changing in accordance with variation of the power supply voltage can be corrected easily. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
