<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the accuracy management of temperature sensors fitted to terminal blocks. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A waveform observing apparatus includes measuring units 23 composed of terminal blocks 25 for receiving wiring conductors from measuring instruments and measuring modules 230 for converting measurement data received from the measuring instruments through the terminal blocks 25 into digital signals, and stores the measurement data received from the measuring units 23 on a memory 30 and performs the waveform display of the data on a display 224. The body case 205 of the waveform observing apparatus has at least one pair of walls 210, 212 for forming a module insertion space S for housing a plurality of measuring modules 230 therein in such a state that they are arranged in a line, and ends of the terminal blocks 25 are detachably fixed to each wall 210, 212. Moreover, the measuring modules 230 and the terminal blocks 25 of the measuring units 23 are mutually connected with connectors and mutually detachable. At the terminal blocks 25, temperature sensors 110 are detachably attached while facing spaces for housing boards 86 contained in the terminal blocks 25 in cases of the terminal blocks 25.
