The circuit performs a change of a battery instead of a charging process compared to a tank process in a motor vehicle. A charging point operator resumes a responsibility for exchange of an empty battery against a completely charged battery of same dimension and receives a service charge as a reward. The charging point operator can receive costs for charging process depending on battery power, costs for exchanging process of the battery, costs for repair of the battery that is to be charged, and costs for an eventual purchase of used batteries.
