METHOD ON SILICON COMPOUND RECOVERY FROM SILICON WASTE

PURPOSE: A method for recovering a low molecular weight silicon compound is provided to maximize a recovery efficiency of a silicone compound form silicon waste and to recover filling materials included in silicon waste. CONSTITUTION: A method for recovering a low molecular weight silicon compound comprises the steps of: (S1) injecting cut or pulverized silicon waste and mineral oil to a reactor and heating the mixture; (S2) injecting strong acid in the mixture and stirring the mixture; and (S3) collecting the low molecular weight silicon compound by distilling the degraded low molecular weight silicon compound in a vacuum atmosphere while heating the mixture.
