PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkling device capable of dispersing and sprinkling an aggregated adhesive topping ingredient (ingredient) and preventing the scattering of the adhesive topping ingredient to a definite part of an article, a sprinkling method and a method for producing a food topped with an ingredient.

SOLUTION: An upper cylinder 110 is horizontally rotated as a whole around a vertical shaft by a motor 180 and a driving roller 160 and is charged with cheese CE from a hopper 450 of the upper cylinder 110. A lower cylinder 120 is moved vertically downward by a vertical moving device 175 and the cheese CE is guided to the face of a shrimp gratin SG. The cheese CE is dispersed to the inner wall side of the upper cylinder 110 by a cross stick member 113 and a conical member 115 by the horizontal rotation of the whole upper cylinder 110 and the drop of the cheese CE to nearly the center part of the shrimp gratin SG is prevented by a cross stick member 123 and a quadrangular pyramid member 125.
