PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of preventing leakage of water, which is collected by a filter, to the outside of a machine body. SOLUTION: The ventilation device is equipped with an OA filter 8 to be attached to a heat-exchange type ventilation device comprises a filter-attaching part 82a, to which a filter member 81 is to be attached; an insect receiving and drain part 85a for receiving foreign materials installed on the part 82a and water-adhered to the filter member 81; and a water guide part 82b, provided under the filter attaching part 82a between the insect-receiving drain part 85a so as to guide water to the insect-receiving and drain part 85a.
