<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable holder with excellent mountability, corresponding to devices with a variety of heights by the common use thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cable holder includes mounters fastened to the upper and lower parts of a columnar support of a rack for mounting a device and a pair of split holders attached between the mounters and slidably fitted. A plurality of cable gripping grooves with the same pitch width and the same shape are formed in both of the split holders. Positioning stoppers are formed in the pair of the split holders in the cable holder, wherein the positioning stoppers have a locking mechanism for both of the split holders in the cable holder.
