<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chocolate forming mold capable of surely preventing intermixture of broken pieces of the forming mold into chocolate: and to provide an O-ring surely removing foreign matters brought by local corruption caused by age deterioration of the piping O-ring applied to the chocolate forming mold. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This chocolate forming mold is obtained by mixing black iron oxide powder with a synthetic resin material comprising a copolymer mainly having polycarbonate, polyamide, or an unsaturated nitrile compound such as acrylonitrile and (meta)acrylonitrile. The O-ring includes a ring-shaped body which is made of rubber or PTFE and provided at a connection part connected with piping for pouring molten and pressed chocolate into the chocolate forming mold through an opening part formed on the chocolate forming mold 10. The ring-shaped body is mixed with black iron oxide powder, and a mixing ratio of the black iron oxide powder with rubber is 20-45 wt.%, and a mixing ratio with PTFE is 25-65 wt.%.
