PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine with which practical exercise can be performed. SOLUTION: The invented machine can give a trainer 70 a load in a direction opposite to the pulled direction through a rope 5 and can give the trainer 70 resistance force to pull back through the elastic force of a rubber tube 9 when the rope 5 is momentarily pulled forward by the trainer 70; then, it enables more practical performance of a sequence of actions for taking pulling hand in Judo and practical exercise can be performed.
