PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper 28 which comprises a plurality of blades 16, 17 each having an aerofoil 22, a platform 21, and a stem 20 and extending in the radial direction, and which is used in a turbo machine including at least one turbine rotor 19. SOLUTION: The vibration damper 28 includes a seal region 29, and the seal region includes a pair of seal faces 24, 25 formed to engage with contact faces 24, 25 of the adjacent blade platforms 21. The vibration damper 28 also includes a mass-region 30 formed extending from the seal region 29 inward in the radial direction and terminating at a position between the adjacent blade stems 20.
