PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fastening structure capable of preventing a rail fastening member from being damaged with a derailed wheel. SOLUTION: The rail fastening structure includes a spring member with bolts for urging downward the rail 1 supporting the wheel of a rolling stock so as to fix the rail, and a protective member fixed in a state attached with the spring member for protecting the bolts from being exposed on the side of a top surface.
