PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball lifting/polishing device capable of highly operably mounting/demounting a cloth belt unit with respect to a body unit despite a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This game ball lifting/polishing device 1 polishes Pachinko balls by making a cloth belt 22 retained to a cloth belt unit 4 face to a lifting belt 2 retained to a body unit 3, and lifting Pachinko balls (game balls), with their clamped between the both belts 2 and 22. The body unit 3 is formed with a plurality of hooks 44, the cloth belt unit 4 is projectingly provided with a plurality of projections 45 with which the hooks 44 are engaged, and the hooks 44 and the projections 45 are engaged/disengaged by lifting/lowering the cloth belt unit 4 to mount/demount the cloth belt unit 4 with respect to the body unit 3.
