PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an optional operation of a C-shaped arm by the input of the intuitive and simple indication of operation in an X-ray system equipped with the C-shaped arm. SOLUTION: The X-ray system includes a means (305) for acquiring the posture data of the C-shaped arm, a means (307) for displaying an image 204d of the C-shaped arm on the basis of the posture data of the C-shaped arm, a means (302) for specifying the region having to be input by the indication of operation on the image of the C-shaped arm, a means (304) for housing a table 204c in which the operation content of the C-shaped arm corresponding to the region and the content of the indication of operation are described, a means (305) for deciding the operation content of the C-shaped arm corresponding to the region to which the indication of operation is input and the content of the indication of operation on the basis of the table when the input of the indication of operation is detected, and a means (305) for controlling the operation of the C-shaped arm on the basis of the determined operation content.
