<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing soil by urination when a male urinates. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A main frame in a suitable shape is provided on a toilet and a leg plate is set under the main frame, and an upper movable frame extensible and rotatable with respect to the main frame and a lower movable frame extensible and rotatable with respect to the main frame are provided. A shield plate holding body is configured by the parts. A shield plate for covering the main frame is separately set.
