PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working platform enabling spaces for manufacturing devices and inspection devices to be saved without obstructing a downflow when not in use. SOLUTION: This portal working platform 1 includes a top board part 2 and at least two support leg parts 3 for supporting both ends of the top board part 2. The working platform further includes a top board rotating mechanism 6 for moving the top board part 2 between a horizontal position in which the top board part forms a working floor surface and a position rotated and raised from the horizontal position.
