PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a crosslinked polyolefin-based open-cellular body excellent in the antistaticity. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an antistatic crosslinked polyolefin-based open-cellular body, includes adding to 100 parts by weight of the sum total of a polyolefin-based resin and a resin in the master batch, 10-40 parts by weight of a polymer-type antistatic agent, and additionally a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent, kneading and foaming by heat a foamable, crosslinkable composition in the metal mold without air-tightness to thereby form a cellular body, then applying a mechanical deformation to thereby change the resultant cells into open-cells.
