<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint for compatibly attaining high pull-off resistance and good sealing performance, economically comprising two members, namely, a joint body and a nut member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint 20 includes the joint body 30 having a first male screw part 32, and the nut member 50 externally suitable for a tube 10 to be connected to the first male screw part 32, and adapted to be threaded to the first male screw part 32. Near the connection end of the tube 10, a collar portion 11 is provided in which the tube 10 is bulged from the inward side to the outward side. A peripheral groove 60 is provided between the first male screw part 32 and the nut member 50 for encircling the collar portion 11. The peripheral groove 60 is gradually narrower from the groove corner side toward the groove open side, and it is uniformly contracted as the nut member 50 is threaded thereto. Between groove sidewalls 61, 62 of the peripheral groove 60, the collar portion 11 of the tube 10 is held in the direction of inserting/pulling off the tube 10 (in the axial direction).
