<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic having an improved makeup-lasting property without deteriorating usability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is the solid powder cosmetic containing (1) a water-repelling and oil-repelling treated powder in an amount of 1 to 60 mass% based on the total amount of the cosmetic and (2) a solid and/or semi-solid oil in an amount of 1 to 20 mass% based on the total amount of the cosmetic. The solid powder cosmetic can improve a makeup-lasting property without deteriorating usability. The solid powder cosmetic preferably contains ≥60 mass% of plate-like powder which may be surface-treated, and preferably has Olsen penetration hardness of 60 to 95 under a load of 2 pounds.
