<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform suspending heavy load lifting operation by causing inverse proportion by adjusting water weight on suspending heavy load one side in the same suspending weight ratio by which the suspending heavy load becomes a form of stopping in the air in vertical operation in direct proportion-reverse proportion, as the operation problem of moving vertically, by alternately becoming heavy and light by weight of the suspending heavy load in the inverse proportion, by being set in the reverse proportion for suspending a heavy load in a way of using a gear-pulley, for suspending at a rate of 1:2, by setting a weight quantity suspended on the opposite side to a weight quantity of two times of a specific weight quantity suspended on one side, by setting weight suspended on one side to specific weight in suspending reverse proportion, when weight suspended by both requires the same weight quantity, in suspending direct proportion of causing vertical operation by using the gear-pulley for lifting the suspending heavy load. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The suspending heavy load lifting operation is made after adjusting both the suspending heavy load and the suspending weight in the form of stopping in the air. The suspending heavy load lifting operation is performed by causing suspending inverse proportion by adjusting the water weight in the reverse proportion of the suspending heavy load.
