摘要 <p>The method comprises joining structural elements made of casting or steel alloy with a surface coating of the component against wear and corrosion. The total surface of each structural element is coated through thermal injection with self-flowing soldering additive. The joining of the coated structural elements is carried out through high temperature soldering simultaneously with fusing in vacuum- or protective gas oven. The soldering additive consisting of boron and silicon containing nickel or cobalt based alloy is melted at 1050[deg] C. The method comprises joining structural elements made of casting or steel alloy with a surface coating of the component against wear and corrosion. The total surface of each structural element is coated through thermal injection with self-flowing soldering additive. The joining of the coated structural elements is carried out through high temperature soldering simultaneously with fusing in vacuum- or protective gas oven. The soldering additive consisting of boron and silicon containing nickel or cobalt based alloy is melted at 1050[deg] C. The thermal injection is carried out in vacuum or protective gas oven. The structural elements are sandblasted before the thermal injection. The processes of the thermal injection and joining take place through high temperature soldering in automatic manner controlled in a high temperature oven under vacuum or protective gas.</p>
