<p>Based on a chassis bearing the driver's cab, a waste storage hopper, an atmospheric diesel engine, a sweeping system with rotating frustoconical brushes, including one suction brush with a nozzle and tube for lifting the waste into the hopper, both axles being steerable, having a negative parking brake, a hydraulic system for moving two pumps, the second locking the steering system of the rear axle when activated and a sweeping system with two oscillating arms that receive hydraulic oil from the sweeping pump and pumps it to the two hydraulic motors located on each of the brushes. Two tensioners ensure that each of the brushes is suitably inclined to adapt to the ground to be swept. The suction nozzle adapts to the ground to be swept using three wheels, preventing the nozzle from touching the ground. It is fitted with a front gate that is actuated from the cab using an electrovalve that actuates a hydraulic cylinder that moves it to allow larger waste to pass through. An electrical water pressure pump located in the chassis of the sweeper pumps water from the two tanks located on the sides of the chassis to some diffusers on the brush arms, removing dust.</p> |
