PURPOSE: An LED module for a signboard and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability and abrasion resistance by forming a housing made of PVC material. CONSTITUTION: One LED(11) or more, a transistor, and a resistor are soldered on the upper side of a circuit board. The LED, the transistor, and the resistor are electrically connected with a pattern. A wire(3) is closely adhered to a circuit board. One screw electrically connects the pattern of the circuit pattern and the wire. A housing(4) is made of a PVC material. One LED exposing unit(43) or more are formed on the upper side of the housing. |
