摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and cost of a device by simplifying a reactive-power operation for reactive-power compensation. SOLUTION: In order to compensate each reactive power of a load 4a, which varies independently for each of three phases, and a load 4b that varies collectively for three phases, an arithmetic unit in a control device 13 performs an operation of reactive power for each phase from a system voltage and a load current with respect to the load varying independently for each phase. Meanwhile, the arithmetic unit calculates each average value of reactive power of three phases and adds it to reactive power obtained from the system voltage and the load current for each phase with respect to the load varying collectively for three phases.
