PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a relative position of discharge opening of nozzle and optical spot of laser displacement sensor of paste dispenser is provided to perform exact measurement of a relative position of discharge opening of nozzle and optical spot of laser displacement sensor and to reduce time required for position measurement. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a relative position of discharge opening of nozzle and optical spot of laser displacement sensor comprises a transmission state conversion member and an imaging device. The transmission state conversion member is arranged in order to face a head unit(50) comprised of a nozzle and a laser displacement sensor and converts into an outlet shape of the nozzle, a first state through which the laser of the laser displacement sensor can be transmitted, and a second state on which laser is reflected and imaged.
