<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption with respect to an RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) tag, a reader/writer and an RFID system. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID tag 3 has: a detection part 10 which receives carrier waves to be output from the reader/writer 4 by a tag antenna part 5 to detect a base band signal from the received carrier waves; a trigger signal generation part 17 which generates trigger signals to each of rising edge positions of a clock signal and a data signal included in the detected base band signal; a demodulation part 14 which demodulates the data signal based on the number of trigger signals within a predetermined period; a control part 13 which generates response data based on the demodulated data signal and tag information stored in a memory part 16; and a modulation part 15 which generates response signals at predetermined delay positions from the trigger signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
