<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle carrying a lithium-ion secondary battery which can properly supply electric power, even to a vehicle which is equipped with an engine. <P>SOLUTION: A battery unit 120 is formed by appropriately connecting in series and in parallel a plurality of lithium-ion secondary batteries as a battery cell, having a solid electrolyte formed by sulfide system glass particles containing Li, P, and S as a primary component between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The battery unit 120 is formed into a shape, similar to that of a partition structural material for partitioning an engine room 101 and an interior space 102, and is arranged at a position which partitions the engine room 101 and the interior space 102.
