<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform antireflection coating which is formed on a glass substrate having a high refractive index, has excellent transmittance and excellent scratch resistance and tarnish-preventing effect without suffering flare and ghost, and to provide an optical member comprising the antireflection coating, and an exchange lens and an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection coating comprises first to third layers formed on the substrate in this order from the substrate side. The substrate has a refractive index of 1.60 to 1.93 in the light of a wavelength range of 400 to 700 nm. The first layer is an alumina-based dense layer having an optical thickness of 97.0 to 181.0 nm, the second layer is a dense layer having a refractive index of 1.33 to 1.50 and an optical thickness of 124.0 to 168.5 nm, and the third layer is composed of a conjugant of mesoporous silica nano-particles and has a refractive index of 1.07 to 1.18 and an optical thickness of 112.5 to 169.5 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
