<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium can accurately present information about medical care of a patient to medical professionals anywhere. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 1 includes: a storage part 11 wherein medical care information of a user is stored; a biometric authentication part 13 which identifies the user; an RFID part 16 which reads a medical professional ID from an IC tag which a medical professional carries; a display control part 13 which displays contents of the medical care information stored in the storage part 11, in a display window comprising an electronic paper only when the user is identified or the medical professional ID is read; and a browsing level determination part (control part 10) which determines a browsing level of medical care information on the basis of the read medical professional ID.
