<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both preventing the occurrence of conflicts and the like in data and improving the efficiency of process when updating target data in parallel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The m pieces of storing areas for storing business data are prepared in each table for holding different business data from each other. Various data for update generated by a received telegram are inserted into the end of a queue. Respective n pieces of table-updating processes take out the data for update from the queues, decide storing areas for updating business data so as to avoid overlap with other process, and then update the business data stored in the decided storing area in a table corresponding to the taken out data for update on the basis of the taken out data for update in parallel with each other. When display-outputting business data in a particular table, the business data stored in the m pieces of storing areas in the particular table are combined together and displayed on a display 18.
