PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably join a wiring substrate to an actuator, and to prevent the wiring substrate from separating from the actuator by enabling the wiring substrate to be controlled compact. SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting head includes a channel unit which has a plurality of pressure chambers and a plurality of nozzles that communicate with the pressure chambers, the actuator with a plurality of electrodes 65 corresponding to the plurality of pressure chambers arrayed on its surface, and the wiring substrate 23 which covers the surface of the actuator and is connected via a conductive bump 66 prepared corresponding to each electrode. A plurality of electrodes 70 forming one array are arranged staggering to a plurality of electrodes 70 which form an adjacent array to the one array. The conductive bump 66 corresponding to the electrode 65 disposed at a terminal position in an array direction is set biased towards the center in the array direction to a center line of the pressure chamber.
