<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the sealability of a water sealing structure for sealing between steel pipe sheet piles in a seepage control method for steel pipe sheet pile. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A temporarily fixed member 32 formed by splitting a pipe having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of a female joint member 12 is inserted into the space formed of a male joint member 14, a water sealing plate 16 fixed to the male joint member 14, and the inner wall of the male joint member 12 fitted to the water sealing plate 16. The water sealing plate 16 is pressed against the inner wall of the female joint member 12 over the entire length by the temporarily fixed member 32. The water sealing plate 16 is prevented from being raised from the inner wall of the female joint member 12 by receiving the pressure of high pressure flushing water and compressed air when the sediment sunk in the female joint member 12 is removed by jetting the high pressure flushing water and the compressed air into the female joint member 12.
