PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes dryer for facilitating switching operation from a folded attitude to an extended attitude, while securing high storage property in the folded attitude where the tool is folded in one direction to be the upper part in a suspended attitude. SOLUTION: The clothes dryer includes a drying frame body 2 having hook parts with respect to suspending portions, which is constituted of a plurality of division frame bodies 3A and 3B which are pivotally supported and connected so as to be freely foldably operable in one direction to be positioned at the upper part in the suspended attitude where the hook parts are suspended from the suspending portions. A plurality of suspending bodies 16 for suspendably supporting the dried objects are locked to the respective division frame bodies 3A and 3B, so as to be movable in response to gravity. The clothes dryer includes mobile range-limiting means 17 for limiting the mobile range of the suspending bodies 16 in a folding direction to be within a prescribed range, thereby suppressing the entanglement of the suspending bodies 16 of the division frame bodies 3A and 3B in the folded attitude of the drying frame bodies 3A and 3B.
