<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coral transplanting method artificially enabling maintenance and reinforcement of functions of a coral reef as a breakwater. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A material working as reinforcing rods of a reinforced concrete structure is embedded in a coral reef by using coral transplantation.
