PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase tightening force of a sealing member by preventing spring-back in a rolling bearing device. SOLUTION: In an outer ring member 1 constituting a hub unit 100, a protrusion 23 having a triangular cross section is formed on the whole periphery of an inner peripheral surface of an inner side fitting part 17 to which the sealing member 4 is fitted. In a seal part 29 fitted to an outer side core metal part 27 of the sealing member 4, a recessed groove 31 corresponding to the cross section shape of the protrusion 23 is formed on a part confronting the protrusion 23 of the outer ring member 1. When the sealing member 4 is fitted to the inner side fitting part 17 of the outer ring member 1, a top part 25 of the protrusion 23 comes in a bottom part 33 of the recessed groove 31 and is hooked, spring-back caused by elastic deformation of the seal part 29 is suppressed, and the attachment work of the sealing member 4 is reduced.
