<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral contactor high in a spring constant and deep in a yield point without increasing an occupied area of the spiral contactor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This spiral contactor is raised toward the center of a spiral from the root 12b of the spiral contactor 12, includes two stages by arranging and installing the spiral contactor 12 equipped with the spiral center tip 12a in the upper stage and the lower stage, fixes the roots 12b, 22b by laser spot welding by making the tip free, and is constituted of a two-stage type spiral contactor 2 superposed in the upper and lower two stages.
