<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction treating device capable of performing accurate reaction treatment by preventing entering of a foreign matter from the outside of a reaction container plate or environmental contamination to the outside, and by preventing bubble generation in a reaction container. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This reaction treating device is equipped with a plate holding part 1 for holding the reaction container plate, a syringe driving part 2 for driving a syringe provided on the reaction container plate, a valve driving part 3 for driving a selector valve, and a temperature adjustment part 4 as a reaction treating part for generating a reaction by adjusting the temperature of a reaction container at a prescribed temperature. Each operation of the syringe driving part 2, the valve driving part 3, and the temperature adjustment part 4 is controlled by a control part 5. The control part 5 is equipped with a bubble moving means 6, and executes a process wherein gas dissolved into liquid in a sample container is generated as bubbles by driving the syringe in the sucking direction at high speed, and generated bubbles are raised to the vicinity of the liquid surface of the liquid in the sample container.
