<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making load carrying case which has a simple constitution, is easily assembled, and has less connecting and fixing work using couplings, and by which a sufficient strength is provided in the same way as a conventional one. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The load carrying case is constituted of: connecting a bottom member 1; right and left side members 2 which are erected on the right and the left of the bottom member 1; front and rear members 3 which are erected on the front and the rear of the bottom member 1 between the end sections of the right and left side members 2; and a ceiling member 4 which is bridged between the right and left side members 2 or the front and rear members 3. The load carrying case is constituted by fastening and connecting the right and left side members 2 on the right and the left of the bottom member 1 under a stood and held state without using couplings 10 such as screws or bolts. On the end sections of the front and rear members 3 which are installed between the end sections of the right and left side members 2, and the end sections of the right and left side members 2, a corner section connecting part 9 is connected and fixed, and the corner section connecting part 9 is connected and fixed by using the couplings 10 such as screws or bolts.
