<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for using waste heat of an internal combustion engine, having improved efficiency of energy recovery by securing the heat radiating capacities of both RC and AC condensers while reducing the size of a heat radiation unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The waste heat utilizing device includes a cooling water circuit 4 having a radiator 12 for radiating the heat of cooling water heated by the waste heat of the internal combustion engine 2, with the ventilation of outside air, a Rankine cycle 6 having a first condenser 18 for radiating the heat of refrigerant passing through an expander 16, with the ventilation of outside air, and a refrigerating cycle 8 having a second condenser 26 for radiating the heat of the refrigerant whose temperature rises with compressing work, with the ventilation of outside air. The first and second condensers and the radiator constitute the heat radiation unit 32. The heat radiation unit has the first and second condensers arranged almost flush with each other in sequence from the direction of the ventilation of outside air, and the radiator arranged therebehind.
