<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a part of an exhaust gas from passing inside a core 3 to be excessively cooled and inflowing into a bypass 4 in bypassing the exhaust gas of an exhaust gas heat exchanger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Inside an entrance tank 6 of the exhaust gas, there is provided an inside tank slanting to outside of an entrance 9 of the core 3, or an exhaust gas guide plate 8.
