<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to improve heat radiation effect to the outside easily without increasing a new member and suppress rise of an internal temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic switching device is provided with an electromagnetic block 1 and a case 2 to house the electromagnetic block 1. The electromagnetic block 1 is constructed of an electromagnet 6, a yoke 7, an operating spring member 8, an armature 9, a movable contact 10, and a bobbin 11. The armature 9 is absorbed to and separated from an iron core 13 by an absorption force of the electromagnet 6 and an elastic return force of the operating spring member 8. The movable contact 10 is displaced integrally with the armature 9 and is contacted to or separated from fixed contacts 16a, 17a. The electromagnet 6 is composed of a coil 12 wound on the bobbin 11 and the iron core 13 arranged in the bobbin 11. The yoke 7 is connected to the upper end of the iron core 13 and supports the armature 9 in free rocking through the operating spring member 8. The case 2 is formed of a resin member with a high thermal conductivity, and the inner wall face of the upper end of the case 2 is in contact with the upper face of the electromagnetic block 1.
