The self-attaching or complex tape (b) of the type including a textile structure (1) having a coating (2) to ensure that the same is retained on the skin of a wearer is remarkable in that the backing portion of the coating is set up in the form of a knitted or weaved stretchable backing including, at least on the inside surface thereof, a coating having quick and high adhesive properties, and in that the coating is defined with a degree of softness for molding itself to the microrelief of the substrate (3), such as the skin of the wearer, and in that the resilient module of the coating is defined to be at least as low as that of the substrate with which the same is in contact to match the micro-deformations of the latter, and in that the coating is applied to a thin layer on the fine well-ventilated backing portion itself.
